When we first started making wooden toys, one of our first prototypes was a running rabbit. My wife and I share memories of walking through fields of grasses and wildflowers, a sudden movement caught with the corner of our eye. We never did get to see a rabbit leap from its hidding spot, but the memory of that moment is filled with the fast beating of our hearts and the feeling that next time we will see him make the leap.
