Shipping time

Once you've paid for an order, it is usually shipped out within 2 to 3 business days. In cases your order is out of stock, it is usually shipped out within 2-3 weeks, or we will contact you directly regarding the shipping time. The actual number of days it will take for the order to arrive at your address will be determined by where you are located and the chosen shipping method. Please contact us directly if your order is time-sensitive and make sure to choose the fastest shipping method upon checkout.

Shipping cost

Our online store strives to automatically generate the correct shipping cost.

For local orders (Hong Kong), and for Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan, we ship all orders via Shun Fung Express.

For local orders (Hong Kong), we offer FREE shipping for orders over HKD$600. For orders below HKD$600, shipping is to be paid on delivery through SF Express.

For Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan, we offer FREE shipping for orders over HKD$1000. For orders below HKD$1000, shipping is to be paid on delivery through SF Express.

*Please note that shipping to Mainland China will require customers to provide a copy of identity verification (e.g., ID card copy) through SF Express website for customs clearance purposes.

For international orders (UK, USA, Rest of the World), we offer FREE shipping for orders over HKD$3000. For orders below HKD$3000, our online store cannot automatically generate the correct shipping cost. Therefore, once we receive your order, we will first pack it, obtain the best quotation from our couriers, then confirm the shipping cost with you over email.

***Please note that for HEAVY and/or LARGE ITEMS (e.g., Grapat Storage Solutions by Woodmark, certain block sets by Everwood, etc.), shipping will be calculated at checkout. For overseas customers (Japan, UK, USA, Rest of the World), actual shipping will be contacted through email.
